This report lists your employees. You choose the time frame for this report by month. This report was formally the ACA report.
Under the FTE Totals section, The Affordable Care Act report will tally employees into one of three categories based on these criteria:
Full-Time Employee:
1. Salaried Employee
• Does not punch in/out
• Worked at least 30 hours per week
2. Hourly Employee
• Worked at least 130 total hours for the month
Full-Time Equivalent:
• Average of part-time and seasonal hours rounded down to the nearest integer
• Calculated as total hours worked by Part-Time and Seasonal employees for the month (capped at 120 hours per employee) divided by 120 hours
Seasonal Employee:
• Worked less than 120 days during the 12 month period
• Worked at least 1 day of the month
The Employee Lookbacks section will categorize employees under the Type column based on these criteria:
Full-Time Employee:
1. Salaried Employee
• Does not punch in/out
• Worked at least 30 hours per week
2. Hourly Employee
• Worked at least 120 days of the 12 month period
• Total time worked over the 12 month period averages to at least 130 hours per month
Part-Time Employee:
1. Salaried Employee
• Does not punch in/out
• Worked less than 30 hours per week
2. Hourly Employee
• Worked at least 120 days of the 12 month period
• Total time worked over the 12 month period averages to less than 30 hours per week
Seasonal Employee:
• Worked less than 120 days during the 12 month period
